The spy shots reveal more details about the upcoming Jawa Perak rival from Royal Enfield

Upcoming Royal Enfield bikes are always on the news as Royal Enfield not only tries permutations and combinations of its existing lineup but launches brand new motorcycles every other year as well. And speaking of permutations and combinations, the Royal Enfield Classic 350-based bobber (likely to be called Royal Enfield Shotgun 350) has been spied again.

This time, the spoke wheels can be clearly seen, and they appear to be 19-inch front and 17-inch rear units. In comparison, the Classic 350 gets a 19-inch front and 18-inch rear spoke wheels/ alloys depending on the variant. The tyres are also not white-walled. Also, the bike is seen with a side pannier, likely the one called “Black Commuter Pannier” for the Classic 350. The rest of the details are similar to when the bobber was spied last time around. We know it gets a slash-cut exhaust and the exhaust note seems to have a guttural feel to it. The riding posture is more upright than the Classic 350 it is based on because of the ape-hanger handlebars and the footpegs are forward-set. The pillion seat is a removable one and the rear fender is attached to the swingarm, for a clean look.

From another round of spy shots, we know that the upcoming bike will get LED turn indicators along with an LED headlight. The Shotgun 350 will be powered by the same 349cc, single-cylinder engine found in the Classic 350, Meteor 350 and Hunter 350.

The bike is expected to be launched by mid-2024 and will likely get a price tag of about Rs 2.20 lakh (ex-showroom). Its rivals will be the Jawa Perak and Jawa 42 Bobber
