The Jawa 350 received new colour options and is now available with alloy wheels. So, here are the top 5 highlights of the retro roadster after the recent update to its variant lineup:
Prior to the recent alloy wheel variant’s launch, the Jawa 350 was priced at Rs 2,14,950. But with the arrival of the new single-tone colour model, the prices of the spoke wheel variant have gone down to Rs 1,98,950 (both ex-showroom Delhi). Here are the variant-wise prices of the roadster:

With its prices now starting below the Rs 2 lakh mark, the Jawa 350 is positioned to put up a better fight against its rivals like the Royal Enfield Classic 350 and the Honda CB350, whose prices start from Rs 1,93,080 and Rs 1,99,990 (both ex-showroom Delhi) respectively.
The Jawa 350 received new single-tone colour options which added a bit of freshness to the overall lineup and will now provide more options to potential customers who would want a more understated look without the bling of chrome finishing on the tank and other areas of the bike. The new Dual-Tone White colour gets a beautiful glossy white paintjob with chrome finishing on the fuel tank along with golden pinstripes on the tank, front and rear fenders. This combination makes the bike look quite elegant.
The other big update to the lineup is that the Jawa 350 now comes with alloy wheels. The significance of alloy wheels is that it helps in dealing with punctures in a much easiermanner than spoke wheels. This will also help Jawa attract more customers who have probably refrained from buying the bike so far because of the spoke wheels, despite being attracted by its retro styling.
The Jawa 350 continues to be powered by a 334cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine producing 22.5PS at 7000rpm and 28.1Nm at 5000rpm. The engine is quite rev-happy and its peppy nature makes it easy to overtake other vehicles on the road. Out on the highway, the motor can handle speeds of 100kmph in 6th gear comfortably. Compared to the Classic 350, the motor has a sportier nature.

The Jawa 350’s suspension setup consists of a 35mm telescopic fork with 135mm wheel travel and twin shock absorbers with 100mm wheel travel and 5-step preload adjustability. Braking duties are taken care of by a 280mm front disc brake and a 240mm rear disc brake. The suspension setup at the rear is on the firmer side, which means the pillion would feel a bit uncomfortable when going over potholes and bumps. But, overall, the suspension setup is quite plush and offers good ride quality. Also, the brakes offer decent stopping with a good bite from the front brake complementing the whole experience.
The Jawa 350’s rivals are the Royal Enfield Classic 350 and the Honda H’ness CB350. The Classic 350’s prices range from Rs 1,93,080 to Rs 2,24,755 (ex-showroom Delhi) while the H’ness CB350’s prices range from Rs 1,99,990 to Rs 2,17,800 (ex-showroom Delhi).
