BMW has launched the facelifted X3 in India at Rs 59.9 lakh. The SUV now gets multiple new features and has been slightly redesigned to keep up with the times.
The facelifted SUV gets a turbo-petrol mill, with a diesel engine to be introduced going forward. Take a look at the variant-wise prices:

We’ll start with the design changes, spotting which is going to be tricky for a novice. The kidney grille is now connected, the headlamps and DRLs get sharper detailing, and the well-defined creases and angular airdamns on the front bumper make the SUV look aggressive.
The SUV rolls on a new set of alloy wheels, and early birds who had pre-booked the X3 will get sportier-looking 20-inch ‘M’-branded rims. The new LED tail lamps and redesigned rear bumper round off the styling.
Spotting the changes inside the X3 is trickier. For starters, the infotainment system is a size larger at 12.3-inches, while the digital instrumentation is now similar to the new 3 Series. Also, the climate controls now sit between the redesigned AC vents. The gear-lever design is new as well.
The facelifted X3 features a 16-speaker Harman Kardon sound system, a panoramic sunroof, powered front seats, ambient lighting, three-zone climate control, parking assistant, adaptive LED headlights, and electronically controlled dampers.
Passenger safety is taken care of by six airbags, front and rear parking sensors, electronic stability control, a 360-degree camera, and ISOFIX child seat mounts.
The X3 continues with the 252PS 2-litre turbo-petrol engine, paired with a fast-shifting 8-speed automatic and all-wheel drivetrain. A 190PS 2-litre diesel engine will be introduced going forward.
The facelifted BMW X3 renews its rivalry with the Audi Q5, Mercedes-Benz GLC, and the Volvo XC60.
