Earlier this year, Bajaj launched its evergreen Pulsar 220 F with a couple of updates. Now, the brand is all set to bring in a slew of new paint options for the model. Though there is no official word on the availability of these colours, the bikes have started arriving at dealerships and could be launched by next week.
Currently, the bike is available in two dual-tone options: black/blue and black/red. The new paint options will follow a triple-tone theme, much like the upcoming Pulsar 180 colours that will be launched soon.
One of the striking paint options is Moon White which gets a combination of white and black, with red accents. Similar to the Pulsar 180, the 220 F also gets a faux carbon-fibre vinyl on the front fender. Move over to the side and you’ll notice the carbon-fibre treatment continues on the side panel as well.
Matte black colour replaces white in the new paint job. The bike gets a combination of matte and gloss black colours, with red accents on the body as well as the alloy wheels.
The engine remains untouched, so the bike continues to use the 220cc single-cylinder motor that develops 20.4PS and 18.55 Nm.
The Bajaj Pulsar 220 F is available at Rs 1.25 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi) and though the official price is not out as yet, it is likely to remain unchanged. It goes up against the likes of the TVS Apache RTR 200 4V.
