We’ve got our hands on the waiting period of Honda’s Royal Enfield killer, the H’Ness CB350, for this month. Turns out, Honda’s strategy of limiting its availability to its premium dealerships has had a positive effect on its waiting periods. Here’s a list comparing it with Royal Enfield Meteor 350’s waiting period this month:

Waiting period in December for Honda H’Ness CB350 |
Waiting period in December for Royal Enfield Meteor 350 |

DLX: 15-20 days DLX Pro: No waiting period |

The average waiting period has definitely come down from October. Back then, the waiting period for the Honda H'Ness CB350 ranged from 15-90 days. While the waiting period of its arch-nemesis, the Royal Enfield Meteor 350, is longer this month, it enjoys a much wider presence. If you’re lucky, you could get your Meteor 350 sooner at certain dealerships.

The Honda H’Ness CB350, on the other hand, is available only at Honda BigWing dealerships across select cities in the country. We hope the demand for the CB350 reaches a point where Honda decides to make it available across all of its dealerships in India, rather than just the premium ones. This will give the bike a fighting chance to seize Royal Enfield’s market share in the small-capacity retro segment.
