It’s been around 10 months since Classic Legends launched the standard Jawa and the Forty Two and even now, both motorcycles command a waiting period anywhere between 6-10 months across major cities. To make things easier for customers, the company even launched a delivery estimator tool that gives a rough time frame of when one can expect the delivery of their bike.

Even then, customers still find themselves pulling their hair off as the microsite suggests that the waiting period in some cities could stretch up to nine months! Here’s the waiting period for the single-channel ABS variants in cities across the country.

So, if you are planning to buy a brand new Jawa this Diwali, you might get your hands on yours just in time for next year’s monsoon. Additionally, Jawa was supposed to launch the Perak by the end of this year but there is no further update from the brand on the same. And even if arrives by the end of the year, we figure it will also have a similarly-long waiting period.
