Lamborghini Huracan Avio Launched At Rs 3.71 Crore

Lamborghini has launched the Special Edition version of the Huracan supercar, christened as the ‘Avio’, at a sticker price of Rs 3.71 crore (ex-showroom, Delhi). Paying tribute to the Air Force, the ‘Avio’ comes with exclusive paint schemes and insignias. The Italian supercar manufacturer had showcased the car for the first time at the Beijing Motor Show which was held a few months ago. During the event, the company had mentioned that no more than 250 units of the Avio Special Edition will be manufactured to maintain exclusivity.

Under the skin, the supercar is identical to the LP610-4 coupe of the Huracan which comes powered by a 5.2-litre, V10 engine that pumps out 610PS of power and 560Nm of torque. The naturally aspirated motor comes mated to a 7-speed dual clutch transmission that transmits power to all four wheels. Talking about performance figures, the supercar is capable of accelerating from 0 to 100kmph in a blistering 3.2 seconds, while 0-200kmph can be achieved in 9.9 seconds.

The Lamborghini Huracan Avio is being offered by the company with a choice of five colour options, namely - pearlescent finish Grigio Falco and matte shades of Blu Grifo, Grigio Nibbio, Grigio Vulcano and Verde Turbine. The sportiness of the car is further accentuated by the offset racing stripes and a contrast-coloured lower half. The doors receive an ‘L63’ decal, which stands for the birth of the company in 1963. The interiors get a taste of the exclusivity as well. The black interiors, paired with the finest Alcantara upholstery, are accentuated by the white stitching. The seats receive the laser engraved ‘L63’ emblems while each car gets a personalised plaque for its production count.

Apart from the Huracan range, Lamborghini also has the Aventador series in its product portfolio.
