Porsche cars are known as driver oriented ones, with their cut-throat agility. The 911 Carrera S is now offers an even more scintillating drive experience in its new Cabriolet guise.
The convertible offers a wind-in-the-hair experience that is more inviting and certainly more fun. The 911 Carrera S’s lightweight design features the use of magnesium in the hood to shed weight and enhance sportiness. Lower fuel consumption and greater comfort are among its other virtues. With the open-top 911s, Porsche has managed to reverse the weight spiral and make the new Cabrio models significantly lighter than the predecessors.
The 911 Carrera Cabriolet will be launched in Germany on March 3, 2012. The prices for the Porsche 911 Carrera Cabriolet will start at 100,532 Euros, while the Porsche 911 Carrera S Cabriolet prices start at 114,931 Euros including value-added tax.
