After starting things off in Delhi and Pune, Revolt recently entered two new cities: Hyderabad and Ahmedabad. The company says that it sold out the first batch of Revolt RV 400 electric bikes in Hyderabad and Ahmedabad in 24 hours and 72 hours, respectively.
Deliveries of the bike will commence from mid-June onwards. There’s one dealership in Hyderabad, at Jubilee Hills, and two in Ahmedabad: Naroda and Himalaya Mall. Bookings for the second batch are now open and deliveries will commence from around mid-June-mid-July. Revolt is set to enter the Chennai market tomorrow with two dealerships, one at Velachery and the other one at Anna Nagar.
Revolt recently hiked the price of the RV 400. You can read all about it here. But even with the price hike, it remains reasonably affordable compared to other premium electric scooters like the Ather 450, Bajaj Chetak Premium variant, and the likes.
The Revolt RV 400 is available via both conventional pricing as well as a monthly subscription-based scheme. It costs Rs 1,03,999 under the former and Rs 3,999 per month for 38 months under the latter. It comes with an ARAI-certified range of 156km, claimed top speed of 85kmph, and features swappable batteries. The free battery swap scheme has been extended till March 31. Check out more details here. If you’re wondering how the electric bike performs, here’s our first ride review.
