Royal Enfield will soon launch the Bullet 350 in its BS6 avatar. The motorcycle has already started reaching dealerships and unofficial bookings are underway. Here are five pointers that will tell you all you need to know about this upcoming motorcycle.
Engine:
The Bullet 350 BS6 gets the same BS6 motor as the Classic 350 BS6. This air-cooled motor now features fuel injection and a catalytic convertor. It delivers 19.3PS at 5250rpm and 28Nm at 4000rpm. The power sees a drop of 0.71PS over the BS4 motor. It continues to use a 5-speed gearbox.

Cosmetic updates:
The Bullet 350 gets no change in bodywork but minor cosmetic updates in the form of new colours and decals. The Royal Enfield logo on the fuel tank has been replaced with a simple sticker.
No change to underpinnings:
The BS4 Bullet 350’s underpinnings has been carried over to the BS6 model. It gets a telescopic fork and dual shock absorbers. Braking is via a 280mm front disc and 153mm rear drum brake with single-channel ABS. It continues to use 19-inch spoke wheels with tube type tyres.
It will be available in 2 variants:
Like before, the Bullet 350 BS6 will be available in two variants: standard and ES. Besides an electric starter, the ES variant gets brighter colours, a motor finished in black and dual gas-charged shock absorbers.
Pricing and launch details:
The standard Bullet 350 BS6 costs Rs 1,27,750 while the ES variant retails for Rs 1,37,190.That’s a premium of around Rs 5,000 to Rs 7,000 over their BS4 predecessors. According to our dealer sources, the Bullet 350 BS6 will be launched in the next couple of weeks. Deliveries will begin soon after that.
