Royal Enfield has introduced a new customisation option called ‘Make Your Own’ for its Classic 350 range. This initiative allows Classic 350 customers to personalise their motorcycles with official accessories at the time of booking the bike. The personalisation option is currently limited to Classic 350 variants and is offered in 141 dealerships across Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Pune. Initially, it will be available only on the single-channel Classic 350 variant and will later be extended to other Royal Enfield models.
The customisation option is not available for online bookings. You will have to visit a Royal Enfield dealership and tick the desired parts from a checklist at the time of booking.

How is this better than the previous option of getting your Royal Enfield motorcycle customised at the dealership? Before the initiative, you had to get your motorcycle customised at the time of delivery but often, the dealership would not have the desired part in stock. With the new initiative, there is a guarantee that the custom part you desire will come fitted on the motorcycle at the time of delivery.

The initiative also gives more clarity on part pricing and discounts. For example, previously, if you wished to replace your new Classic 350’s spoke wheels with alloy wheels, there was no guarantee that the dealership would buy back your spoke wheels. Chances were that you could be stuck with an extra pair of spoke wheels or the dealer would pay you a pittance for those.
Royal Enfield says that the OE-replacement parts such as alloy wheels and seats will come fitted on the motorcycle from the factory itself. And the price of the original parts will be adjusted from the price of the replacement ones.
Simpler add-on parts like headlamp guard and mirrors will be fitted at the dealership itself. Royal Enfield currently offers up to 25 accessories for its Classic 350 range, which come with a two-year warranty.
