As the government eases lockdown restrictions, manufacturers are slowly starting their engine to resume duties. This week saw a couple of announcements, two big launches, and the discontinuation of a few BS4 cars. We have also got some updates from the automobile industry during the coronavirus pandemic.

BMW 8 Series Launched:

BMW India has launched the flagship 8 Series coupe in India. It comes in two body styles: Gran Coupe (4 doors) and M8 (2 doors). The Gran Coupe comes with a 3.0-litre V6 engine while the spicier M8 is offered with the mighty 4.4-litre V8 petrol unit. Head here for prices. 

2020 Jaguar F-Type Facelift Launched:

Nissan has revealed the variants, features and colour options of the 2020 Kicks. The upcoming model won’t be offered with the 1.5-litre diesel engine as Renault hasn’t upgraded it to meet BS6 emission norms. However, it’s replacement motor is even more tempting!
