TVS Apache Pro Performance X: A Record-Breaking Feat Achieved!

Ever since the Apache RTR 200 was launched in India, TVS has been showcasing the fuel injected version of the motorcycle on its website. With only its carburetted version on sale in India, it’s no surprise that fans kept wanting more in terms of performance and fuel efficiency. The wait is finally over though with the Hosur-based manufacturer announcing the launch of the Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) variant of the TVS Apache RTR 200 4V for the Indian two-wheeler market.
When it comes to styling, except for the Fi badging, the recently launched motorcycles is no different from the carb version of the RTR 200. On the technical front though, this variant is equipped with a Twin-Spray-Twin-Port EFI technology. The company claims that this ensures better rideability, faster throttle response and a considerable reduction in emission levels. As a result, the latest motorcycle offers a peak power of 21PS @ 8500rpm (1PS more than the carb version) with no change in peak torque produces, which is rated at 18.1 Nm @ 7000rpm.
As of now, the company is only offering the RTR 200 Fi4V in select cities and will reach out to other cities based on the demand for the product. The RTR 200 Fi4V is offered in two colour options in matte finish - White and Yellow - and is priced at Rs 1,07,005 (ex-Showroom Delhi).
