I purchased my ola s1x i got the bike delivered last saturday ie.20-7-2024 but when i received the bike on the spot i found it defective and it is not starting at all but the delivery guy told me that its a minor issue and some one from the company will come and rectify the same.But no one turned up and in spite of many mails and complaints on app and toll free nothing happened and today some lady the call centre employee is insisting me to take the bike to the service centre to get it rectified and the service centre is 150 km away from me and also insisted to pay me for the repair.I insist every one who wish to buy ola don't get cheated by this company i am a victim and i do not want you to become one.
