No cbs is not provided in tvs ntorq and i know this i own the legend of moped in affdordable price

If you are asking combined braking system then no, but I've been using it since last 2 months the brakes are powerful and practically successful enough to meet requirements.

As per the new rules by BNVSAP, all the motorcycles,scooters below 125cc must get at least a CBS and above 150cc must get an ABS.Ntorq is a 125, so CBS is compulsory.
