    First of all, it depends on your age and how habitual you are of bike riding, i have did long tours and didn't feel any sort of pain, though the hard clutch takes a toll on left hand. Further, on open roads i just push myself back on seat and duck to rest my body on tank, this makes it even more comfortable for me.

    No...RR310 is made for everything,,,APACHE RR310 made for Touring ,track,street and it's very comfortable bike ever made under 300-400cc SEGMENTS,,just pillion seat little uncomfortable for long ride...Anyway Apache RR310 is super machine for everything
