Yes the same problem for my Ntorq purchased in 2019.I am raising this issue from my first service ownwards but now after the 3rd service not resolved. The atual issue is when i tried to self start the bike after two days from idle point, i wont start in the self motor and i habe to use the pedal atleast 15-20 times. The service centre persons told that this bike fits with Auto choke and not like other scooter.we have to uae pedal when you start the vehicle when after a break of two or more days. I do not understand rhe logic behind it. So why they have a self start in it. Iam using Honda dio also but to be frank, if we have enough power in the battery that will get started on the motor after two more weeks. But there we just have to pull the choke. If the issue is with the Auto choke why they continue using it if that makes trouble for the customers. Also i would like to specify that it is a very poor built quality but it looks so like. Fed up woth this new bike and i recommend others to think twice before making a buying. Its noy a bullying but from my real experience.

TVS has lost its value on my preference..! I am facing the similar issue but the service centre is not able to rectify the issue. Now thw fourth time i am raisng thus issue but satisgied response from service centre. They are recommending to use the pedal for starting rather than the self start.😀very very dissapointed with this scooter

I have bought Ntorq in 2019. And It has total run of 12000 kms till today. I did not face any major issue till date. Sometimes it gave starting problem but it was always short lived issue. Never has to visit the mechanic or service centre for these small issues. But since past few day it is suddenly stopped and did not start after many kicks. don't know what is the issue. Have to drag the vehicle from a long distance. Have to visit the mechanic as tvs service centre is far away.

Yes. Battery damaged within one year of purchase. Battery Replaced. Replaced sparking plug three times in a year. Still facing the difficulty. Showroom people very politely say.. 'it's company's problem. What we can do?'.

I have the same problem and so many times complained to service center. Now they returned my scooter after one week. And the problem is still there. The service center told me that in petrol tank creates the vaccum thus scooter does not start. After three days today scooter does not start. When i opened the cap of petrol tank the scooter start in one self.

Mine one gives missing while riding and then stops. It doesnt even start after 20 kicks. So i have to let it cool down for a while. Then after a while it starts. What i do next thing is i open the fuel tank cap too to start. I think it works but starting problem in a new scooter is not a cup of tea for everyone. Please share ur ideas about engine giving missing and engine stopping.

Yes it has only after 200 Kms it has battery problem, service center recharged my battery and told me that if again starting problem occurs then they will replace it with new battery.

Yes.Mine is BS4 and it has serious starting problem.Occasionaly it does not start even after running for some kms.Sometimes I need to kick 12-15 times to start.Battery changed witin one year.

Yes ntorq has starting problem...after running for 10 km the engine stops and the scooty won't start despite repeated attempt are made to start the engine...the fuel and the battery are all ok...still the engine fails to respond

If the engine becomes cool then we have to use kickrod. which is quite common for the all the 2 wheelers. Other than that there is no problem.

No , it's good the battery efficiency drops if you keep using Auto-Start after 1st sevice its you will notice  that's all nothing much.
