This is regarding POOR Service and POOR Quality repairs at PARAGON TRADERS Great Nag Road, NAGPUR.. I had complaint about fuel supply while running engine in my ThunderBird the Technical assistant advice me for Fuel Tank cleaning as there was Water and Contamination in fuel. They did a great job and my problem was sorted out BUT on reaching home I found there was little petrol leakage from the NOB when I put it in ON position, so I told them they asked me to bring the Vehicle . I went to there service station and explained the supervisor that Petrol is leaking from the NOB in ON position only and there is no leakage if we put in OFF position. The Untrained service engineer removed the petrol tank and replaced the Rubber seal at the bottom of the tank KEPT me waiting for 3 hours and gave me a bill of Rs.100 - no service charges. It was OK mistakes are for Human. But the leakage Problem remained and now there was one more issue came up that was of Fuel Gauge it started showing abrupt reading and when I filled full tank it showed Empty tank . So I again called the Service people they asked me to bring the Vehicle so for the Third time I took the Vehicle , they asked me to keep the Vehicle. I repeatedly told them that its there fault as they unnecessarily removed the petrol tank and roughly handled it and Changed the Rubber Seal inspite of my informing the the fault was at The NOB. Again for three foru hours they repaired the RE and in the evening when I went to pick up the vehicle I asked them for the Complain procedure, they told me not to make a complain and tried to waive off the amount of Rs.760-, they kept me waiting for 1 and half hour in giving the Invoice and repeatedly requested and tried all kind of tricks so that I would not make a complain. My point was they should make the Mechanic responsible for this fault and wasting my precious time of 6 hours two times and all the mental stress I went through in dealing with such people. I Hope the Company will Initiate the action and try to improve the Customer Service and the Old Reputation of Customer Friendly Company.

Yes, I'm facing this problem. Engine will gets stops in very less rain also. I changed spark plugs, cannisters, also referred engineering team from production unit. I raised five complaints. This is the huge drawback in thunderbird bs4. But in show room no one will tell abt this while buying. The service managers explains clearly this is drawback. They now replacing some parts like cannisters, etc.. But it's never gets resolved. They will give feedback as don't over full the petrol tank, don't it side stand on rainy days, spark plug problem, Evapourization problem, etc etc..... Also my front leg fulls gets mud if you ride on the rainy days.... It's totally unfit for the rainy days. If the road I'd dry you can't find this faults... Only unfit for rainy days.. They are really cheating that only two it three bikes will gets this problem.. But it occurs for many users. Cheating the customers, that hurts if we know the truth. Everytime I am facing this on rainy days.

I bought the Thunderbird 350x 3 years ago. Guess what? I have been to the service center atleast 20 times in 3 years. 1. Faulty front brake - The brake makes a strange sound every time you apply it even at a speed of 30kmph. I went regularly for a year and they said its because of the sand. Note: I am riding in the urban areas of bangalore not in thar desert.2. Petrol leakage - Within 1 year i had a petrol leakage and they have replaced it for free after 20 days. Could not use the bike.3. Engine oil leakage post servicing - After a recent service, the mechanics left one of the engine bolts loose leading to gradual leakage of engine oil.4. Faulty fuel meter - The fuel meter is 99% inaccurate and doesnt work. Its a cheap disfunctional product. Dont even consider that you have one.5. Suspension - The front suspension has a very long travel in terms of specs. But it is the worst suspension ever on a bike. Even the 100cc bikes costing 40% if what this costs can take bad roads / pot holes much better. Horrible ride comfort.6. Poor service - The technicians / mechanics and service protocols are the worst. Dont even think of it. They have left the fuel pipe loos after servicing. The moment i left the service center and reached only 50mtrs, ,my shoes and trouser was fully wet due to petrol leakage. Conclusion - It only looks good. Everything except looks is a disaster. Even if you get it for a 50% discount, dont buy it. You will not be happy for a single day. If you have time to visit service center once of twice every month and enough money to get serviced post warranty, go ahead - good luck.ROYAL ENFIELD BIKES - Most unreliable.

    All-terrain tyres

All-terrain (A/T) tyres are recommended for vehicles that travel on both tarmac roads as well as off-road use. They are more durable for cross country and allow better control of the vehicle on varying surfaces. However, they are more expensive than standard tyres and produce more rolling noise. So should you buy them?
