Yeah she can. Though she'll find a bit difficult in the beginning but in one week she'll get habituated with it

It needs to be checked whether she can touch the ground while sitting on the bike or not. TVS ntorq is not for ' lightweight ' people...... very important understanding in my experience

I would suggest never look at height factor it always just comes down to how well you can handle the machine.

I'm 5'8 I find it ok to ride but do consider that I ride solo without pillion mostly. If its two people you might wish for little more leg space
