If you want good mileage don't opt for Royal Enfield. 350x gives mileage in the range of 35-40km/lt. 350x has some issues. The bike performs well in other aspects except that it stalls every 2-3km dues to air lock in the tank. This issue has been with most of the 350x but not all even when you fill the tank with just 5lts.

Upto 1000 expect at most 19kmpl 1000-5000 expect a little more than 23kmpl5000-1000 35kmpl max bif you ride on economic else 30KMPL is justified .Mine running 6400km and I am getting around 30kmpl as I don't ride economically.

I bought it last month, i am satisfied with look and feel as well as performance. Compared to traditional TB performance is not improved much, milage is max 35, but breaking system is awesome and very much comfortable to ride in city.
