After Bengaluru, Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles organised an off-road-centric rider training programme in Pune, called the ‘Jawa Yezdi Nomads Trail Attack’ exclusively for owners of the Yezdi Adventure and Scrambler motorcycles.
Held on May 29, a sunny Sunday, at Pro Dirt Adventure in the outskirts of Pune, the event kicked off with a briefing session. This was then followed up by warm-up exercises, after which trainers Sunny Dhore and Nilesh Dhumal AKA Nelly, taught the riders how to ride standing up, and master the art of throttle and clutch modulation. Riders were also made to do slalom runs and were taught how to brake effectively. The riders’ skills were then put to the test on a specially designed off-road track with a steep decline and incline. The final leg consisted of a short trail ride through the woods.
The company will organise more such events in different cities over the next few months, the details of which will be announced on its social media channels. Interested riders can participate by registering themselves at authorised dealerships by paying an all-inclusive fee of Rs 2,000 per participant.
We hope the company organises more such events designed for different levels of proficiency so that customers with different skill levels can sharpen their abilities. Such events will also strengthen customer engagement as the company provides a good learning experience that goes beyond just the business of selling a motorcycle.
