Porsche has showcased the Panamera at the Auto Expo 2025! Launched in 2024, the new-generation Panamera is offered at Rs 1.7 crore (ex-showroom) in India. The Panamera is offered with a single powertrain in India but gets plenty of customization options (worth lakhs) which might take hours to understand and decide on. Here is what the Panamera is all about:

Porsche Panamera: Design

The design language of the Panamera is all about sleekness and an easy-flowing and smooth approach. Up front, it gets Taycan-like LED headlights that look minimalist and clean. It sports a new bumper with large air dams.

You get the option to choose from 19-inch to 21-inch alloy wheels. The profile features sharp cuts and creases which complement the sharp design language. The rear boasts sleek connected tail lamps that accentuate the width and give a modern touch. You also get large “Porsche” and “Panamera” lettering positioned in the centre.

Porsche Panamera: Interior And Features

The Panamera’s interior exudes modern qualities with features such as multiple large screens for the driver’s display and infotainment. Additionally, you can also add a third passenger screen giving your dashboard a completely digital look. It gets the four-seater layout as standard, but you can also opt for the 4+1 seater configuration.

The features list consists of a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment, a 10.9-inch display for the co-driver, a 14-speaker Bose sound system, a wireless phone charger, ambient lighting, ventilated front seats with massage function, and four zones of climate control.

Safety is taken care of by ADAS features like adaptive cruise control and lane keeping assist, multiple airbags, ESP, a 360-degree camera, and remote park assist.

Porsche Panamera: Powertrain

The Panamera features a 2.9-litre twin-turbo V6 engine, which churns out 353 PS and 500 Nm. Power is sent to the rear wheels via an 8-speed dual-clutch transmission. It is capable of going from 0-100 kmph in 5.3 seconds, which is quick but not as quick as the globally available 4-litre V8 hybrid powertrain, which sprints to the 100 kmph mark in 3.2 seconds.
