Unlike the long-stroke configuration in the Himalayan 411, the 452 gets an almost square configuration. From what we understand, such a configuration offers a good balance of bottom and mid-range performance. As mentioned in one of our earlier stories, the Himalayan 452 has a peak torque output of 40Nm at 5,500rpm and out of that, 33Nm is available from the 2,500rpm mark, with the ADV redlining at 8,000rpm. Features-wise, the motorcycle gets an all-new round 4-inch instrument console with music and phone controls along with integrated Google Maps navigation.

It gets five colour options: Hanle Black, Kamet White, Slate Himalayan Salt, Slate Poppy Blue and Kaza Brown. The ADV is set for an unveil on November 7 at EICMA 2023 with the launch probably happening in the following days with an expected price tag of Rs 2.8 lakh (ex-showroom). Its rivals will be the KTM 390 Adventure (spoke wheels variant) and the upcoming Hero XPulse 400.
