The brand has partnered up with Mexican brand KidZania
Among Indian manufacturers, TVS has always been at the forefront when it comes to anything to do with racing. And now taking things up a notch, it has joined hands with KidZania, a global edutainment (educational entertainment) brand and launched an experience centre at R City Mall in Ghatkopar, Mumbai, aimed at kids between the age of 5-16 years.
Yep, you heard that right! And no, the experience centre isn’t just little kids running around on those tiny bikes. To begin with, TVS has introduced riding gear and merchandise for kids as well. Attending the technical aspect of motorcycling, TVS has developed a studio where kids can assemble a TVS Apache RR 310 under the supervision of an expert. The centre also facilitates children to design the kind of bike they want. Additionally, it contains two racing simulators for kids to ‘race’ the Apache RR 310. And to put all the knowledge into practice, the company has even created a kid-sized race track arena.

Adding a dash of convenience are the various food stalls in the experience centre. So while your kid geeks out over motorcycles, you can chill out at any one of those.
As someone who saw all of this first hand, I can vouch for the fact that this was a really well thought out project. The attention to detail was, in typical TVS style, incredible and it seems like TVS really wants people of all ages to enjoy motorcycling in the purest way. So will this finally spawn Indian MotoGP riders? Well, it’s obviously too early to comment about that but what I will say is that it’s a start, a much-needed one.
