TVS To Launch More Bikes In The 225cc To 350cc Range

TVS is all set to launch more motorcycles in the 225cc to 350cc segment to occupy the “white space” in the market. Could it be a nod to the arrival of the TVS Apache RTR 310?

The Chennai-based bikemaker has said that there is a void in the motorcycle segment in the country, where there is a direct jump from the 200s to the 350cc’s (Read Royal Enfield Bikes). Taking that into consideration, TVS wants to occupy this space and become a  premium lifestyle motorcycle brand .

With this news, we can be assured that the Apache RTR 310 is finally coming to fruition. The naked version of the Apache RR 310 should break cover sometime late this year. Along with that, a scrambler iteration of the TVS Ronin is also expected to debut from the brand sometime early next year. 

The upcoming iteration of the Ronin is likely to be a soft scrambler, unlike the one TVS showcased at Motosoul 2023 in Goa. Adding to that, the scrambler could feature a slightly tweaked design and ergonomics while retaining the underpinnings. However, what we would iideally like to see is a small change in the steering head for a sharper rake angle. It could command a fair premium over the standard model wich retails at Rs 1,49,000.
