Months after the updates were announced, KTM India seems to be gearing up for the launch of the 2022 390 Adventure. The bike has reached a few dealerships across the nation, and deliveries are expected to commence from March onwards.
On the upcoming model, there are two new paint schemes: orange-blue and orange-black. These, in our opinion, look way more attractive than the older ones.
The five-spoke alloy wheels have been stiffened for reliability and resistance during off-roading. Still no sign of spoke wheels as part of the official catalogue, though.
KTM has also worked on improving the electronics suite of the ADV, introducing two settings for the traction control system: Street and Off-road. The latter is expected to offer a bit more slip for dirty dancing. Like always, you will be able to deactivate the TC completely.
Sadly, adjustable suspension for the 390 Adventure still remains unavailable in India. We wish KTM India introduces this, maybe as a more premium variant of the bike.
We expect KTM to not hike prices or perhaps charge just a nominal premium. Currently, it sells for Rs 3.28 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).
