(Update: KTM has launched the 2024 390 Duke in India at a fantastic price! More about it in our launch story.)
Just a couple of weeks after we broke the news of the upcoming KTM 390 Duke getting a bigger console, we now have a clearer picture of the unit, which sports a new layout.
The tachometer, starting from the bottom left corner and going all the way to the top right, now occupies the majority of the screen. And just below the redline, KTM has now housed the gear position indicator. Unlike the current model, data like tripmeter and trip time are now displayed on the bottom half of the right.
This updated layout has reduced the clutter of the console, making it easier to read on the move. And, though not clear in this video, the switchgear too seems to be updated. The starter switch could be a multi-function button that can be used to kill the ignition as well.
The 2023 KTM 390 Duke has been spotted a bunch of times in India as well as abroad, even in its full production guise. So, we expect the bike to debut later this year at EICMA 2023, followed by an India launch. With all the updates, KTM could bump up the price of this naked by up to Rs 25,000 to an ex-showroom price of Rs 3.20 lakh.
