Extremely disappointed with product performance degradation. Within a year, range has plummeted to mere 10 kms in a single charge. Despite being under warranty, the company has provided numerous false reason to1avoid resolving the issue. This is clear case of faulty product and poor customer service. I strongly advise1against purchasing product from this company.

It's smooth and just glude over the rode , it's looking are like petrol scooters which is good and the colour I have is exact like photo it's security system works perfectly and it's mileage is osum the thing should be better is boot space

It\'s ok for city commute. However the after sales service is not good from the company. I had to replace the battery after 20 months / 23000 km only and the company did not honour warranty. Had to pay for the replacement. If anyone owns this, I\'ll advise to visit eRickshaw spare parts market (in Delhi I get parts from Naiwala Karol bagh market). You will get much cheaper spare parts from there, instead of getting the expensive parts from company. Also you can purchase battery from other lithium battery manufacturers with the same voltage (60V) and required capacity (the one which comes with the scooty is of 40Ah capacity). There are motor, controller, battery repair services available outside also. You just need to find one in your city. Just learn the basics of electric Scooty working and many problems can be solved easily without being dependent on the poor service from pure ev.

Not at all good bought vehicle in nov 2021 from then getting problems again and again and spare parts are also not cheap and service center also charges hefty charges.

Third-class service, Don't buy any vehicle of pure because of worst service.I purchase vehicle in sept.2020, From last two & half month i am not able to use the vehicle, First front shock-up were damaged, Then indicator stop working then it accelerated the vehicle when i stopped it.Or some times it didn't accelerated in the traffic.So friends don't buy any vehicle of pure.

It's cheap and eco-friendly, Just takes some unit of electricity and is budget friendly too.On a city road, It is rather efficient than off-road travel we will need extra battery if we could remove it.But it's rather good compared to other expensive brand with the same specs in our country.

Very worst quality scooter no service after sales, Hubli showroom closed, No information given about it, Now more than three months still battery laying in dharwad centre, They are telling we have not received battery component to replace, Talk to customer care, But no replay tollfree
