iX1 Key Highlights
Features: The BMW iX1 is equipped with a 10.27-inch touchscreen infotainment, a 10.25-inch digital driver’s display, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, wireless phone charger, powered front seats with memory function, ambient lighting and a 12-speaker Harman Kardon audio system. Safety features include 8 airbags, a 360-degree camera with blind spot monitor, a parking assistant with reversing assistant and park distance control, ISOFIX child seat mounts and ADAS.
Motor: The BMW iX1 gets a single 66.4 kWh battery pack option which is paired with a single electric motor producing 204 PS and 250 Nm of torque. It can sprint from 0 to 100 kmph in 8.6 seconds. It has a MIDC-claimed range of 531 km. The iX1 also supports DC fast charging of up to 130 kW, which can charge the battery from 10 per cent to 80 per cent in under 30 minutes. It measures 4616 mm in length, 1891 mm in width and 1676 mm in height. It now sits on a longer wheelbase of 2800 mm.
Rivals: The BMW iX1 LWB competes with the Volvo XC40 Recharge and Mercedes-Benz EQA. It is also an alternative to the Hyundai Ioniq 5 and Kia EV6.
Range: iX1 can go upto 531 km/charge after a full charge.
Charging Time: iX1 battery takes 32Min-130kW-(10-80%) to get charged.
Variants: The iX1 is offered in single trim: xDrive30 M Sport Colour options for the iX1 include: Alpine White, Black Sapphire, Storm Bay and Space Silver
