TRK 502 Key Highlights
Design: The TRK 502 has received no cosmetic upgrades in its BS6 form. It carries the same chunky ADV profile with a large front beak. The 20-litre fuel tank contributes majorly to the muscular bodywork. The bike is available in three paint schemes: red, white and grey.
Features: Benelli has equipped the TRK 502 with all-LED headlight with DRLs. For added protection, the bike now gets knuckle guards with an aluminium frame. The analogue console features a white backlight and the digital screen gets an orange backlight.
Engine: The Benelli TRK 502 BS6 is powered by a BS6-compliant liquid-cooled 500cc inline twin-cylinder, mated to a 6-speed gearbox that makes 47.5PS and 46Nm. The only electronic aid on the bike is dual-channel ABS. The Benelli TRK 502 rides on 17-inch wheels wrapped in 120/70-section front and 160/60-section rear tyres. Braking is handled by a dual 320mm disc and a single 260mm disc setup. Suspension duties on the TRK 502 ADV are handled by USD forks and a monoshock with rebound and preload adjustability.
Rivals: The Benelli TRK 502 rivals the rather affordable KTM 390 Adventure and the more premium Kawasaki Versys 650. However, if you are willing to spend some money, you can get yourself either a Suzuki V-Strom 650XT or a Honda CB500X.
Variants: The TRK 502 is on sale in four colourways: White, Dark Grey, Green and Black, all of which cost Rs 5.85 lakh. Those wanting the TRK 502X, on the other hand, also have four colour schemes: White, Dark Grey, Green and Yellow, all of which cost Rs 6.35 lakh, ex-showroom.

Quite well-known for its practicality and versatility, the Benelli TRK 502 is an excellent model that is the best friend of the rider for any situation and helps them commute faster and smoother. I think its quite budget-friendly. This model relies on its powerful engine which generates sufficient energy at maximum speed as well. The price range is absolutely affordable and is totally money worth it. The maintenance is quite good and is very easy to handle. The overall weight of the model is light enough to drive around the city hassle-free.

- The Benelli TRK 502 has a Saddle Height 840 mm. It should also be suitable for someone with a height of 5.9 feet. Moreover, we would suggest you to take a test ride before making the final decision. Follow the link and select your desired city for dealership details.
- As of now, the brand has not revealed the details. We would suggest you wait for the official announcement.
- Minor changes like the extra padding on the seat, the adjustable handlebar and the revised grips do make a difference in terms of overall rideability. The cushioning on the seat is spot on which means you can spend extended amounts of time travelling without a sore back. At 800mm, it's quite accessible for shorter riders too. What is a bit odd is the slim midsection which doesn’t allow you to grip or control the bike using your legs while going off-road. This basically forces you to use your entire body weight and to counter the weight of the bike while relying on arms to steer which gets quite exhausting after a period of time. I even struggled to get used to the mid-set footpeg position. It just didn’t feel natural for my 5’ 10” frame. I probably would have found it more comfortable if they were mildly rear-set. - The Benelli TRK 502 seem be tricky propositions. On one hand, they seem to be offering great value; bringing adventure-touring oriented hardware such as beefy, long travel suspension (more so on the X), wire spoke wheels (on the X), great wind protection and relaxed, travel-friendly ergonomics, at very approachable prices.
- Is any issues with rear tyre
