Yes, TVS NTORQ has under seat storage and two hooks in the
front for extra luggage. Also it has two helmet hooks too inside the seat to hang your helmet!

Yes compared to other scooters this is also have small place of carrying the luggage and there is a hook and huge space inside the seat
