Q. I have heard from many people that when it rains little amount of water goes in petrol tank. Is it true - NTORQ?

NO, the water doesn't gets inside the fuel tank. I know there is a gap between the lid and the brim even after closing the lid, but the lid has a rubber washer which seals the petrol tanks mouth. Now, you must have seen youtube videos that people pour water on the top and water gets inside through the gap, but the truth is water is flown through the sides of the lid and tank and onto the ground and not inside the tank. So, in short, the water doesn't gets inside the tank and flows down from the side of the tank to the ground. Hope this helps!!!

There is a gap around fuel cap but water cant go inside if you force it to. I drove Ntorq in whole rainy season in mud in bad roads in water streams, it can run in very heavy rain too. This scooter is a Iron Machine.
