Hornet 2.0 Key Highlights
Price: The Honda Hornet 2.0 comes at an ex-showroom Delhi price of Rs 1,39,450. The bike is offered in 4 colours: Matte Axis Grey Metallic, Matte Marvel Blue Metallic, Matte Sangria Red Metallic and Pearl Igneous Black.
Design: There is an air of familiarity in the design of the Hornet 2.0. It looks quite similar to its predecessor: the CB Hornet 160R. The sharp tank extensions, edgy body panels, and the chunky gold USD fork keep up the sporty trait that one associates with the Hornet name. You get a small belly pan too that protects the chunky cat-con. The exhaust is short and stubby with a blacked-out muffler cover. The Hornet 2.0 arrives in four colours: grey, blue, red and black. There is also a Repsol edition, replete with the colours of Honda's factory MotThere is an air of familiarity in the design of the Hornet 2.0. You get a small belly pan too that protects the chunky cat-con. The exhaust is short and stubby with a blacked-out muffler cover. The Hornet 2.0 arrives in four colours with new snazzy graphics: Pearl Igneous Black, Matte Sangria Red Metallic, Matte Marvel Blue Metallic and Matte Axis Grey Metallic.
Features: Honda comes with an all-LED lighting. The aggressive toothed face is reminiscent of the older 160cc Hornet but it looks better on the new bike with those fat gold USDs. A blue backlit LCD digital cluster displays odometer, trip, gear position indicator, speedometer, bar-type tachometer, a clock and a fuel gauge. Sadly, there’s no range or distance-to-empty feature. Honda kitting the Hornet 2.0 with an engine kill switch was obvious but you also get a hazard toggle switch on the naked.
Engine: The 2023 Honda Hornet 2.0 is powered by a 184cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine producing 17.27PS at 8,500rpm and 15.9Nm at 6,000rpm. The engine is paired with a five-speed transmission with assist and slipper clutch. Suspension duties are taken care of by an upside-down (USD) fork and a preload adjustable monoshock affixed to a box-section swingarm. Braking duties are handled by a 276mm front and 220mm rear petal disc brake.
Suspension, Brakes & Other Details: The bike is built on a diamond frame and is suspended on an inverted fork and monoshock. It rolls on 17-inch wheels at both ends with 110-section front and 140-section rear tubeless tyres.
Rivals: Honda has positioned the Hornet 2.0 between the 160cc and 200cc bikes in India. Hence, the TVS Apache RTR 180 2V is its only primary rival. In terms of pricing, it’s at par with the larger Pulsar NS 200 and Apache RTR 200 4V.

5.0Completely depend
Best bike for city commute.Lightweight (142kgs) makes handling very easy.Smooth refined engine trademark honda. This looks like a beast and is easily one of the best looking bikes in the parking lot.110/70 & 140/70 tyres looks awesome and gives really good balance and stability.Brakes are really good, You can almost completely depend on the front brakes.Mileage of 40 around.Smooth gear shifts. And excellent torquelow and mid range performance is best in the class. You tend to feel the absence of a 6th gear but that's ok unless you are buying this bike to race on a daily basis.Initial issues described here like engine heating and noise from rear brakes (just clean the disk) and all are eliminated after 1st service. Some bikes may tend to have a lockset issue, Which again resolves in a month or so on its own or then a new lockset can be installed.I would definitely recommend for a smooth makkhan experience and a pleasurable riding.

Quite Good. I'd say the bike
Quite good.I'd say the bike is more of a commuter than a sportier approach that it has in the market. The bike comes with a tad bit of add-ons and a basic architecture. At this price point we would expect the bike to have a liquid cooled engine, 6-speed gear box and a trellis frame. The bike has good showa usds up front and nissin braking system with a single channel bosch abs.All digital cluster and led lighting is good and efficient. The seating posture is upright and comfortable for long rides.Overall i'd give a 6/10 rating with my experience.

3.0Places fibre
The bike in terms of looks is pretty good, I am commentingon repsol 2.0.The engine is superb with a very good torque.I bought this bike last month and have done 850 kms.The pickup is great. The average cruising speed goes upto 110 km/hr on highways.Mileage is decent, 40-45kmpl.The meter console looks attractive. The bike is mounted with led system which gives good light and riding confidence even in night.Apart from all this the built quality is poor. Most of the places fibre is used.Though the seating posture for the rider is good but the seat cushion is not that comfortable. It's a naked bike and the aim of the bike is riding at high speed so its a best for solo riding as the pillion seat is very hard. Not at all comfortable even for short rides.Overall bike is good. Can be used for daily commuting.

Excessively alluring
1. Buying experience is too great since this is my fantasy bicycle and another thing when you purchase all papers gather on the same day. 2. Riding experience is the point at which you sit on the Hornet 2.0 you feel too sure the USD fork helps to build the certainty and making ride agreeable and most significant brakes in hornet 2.0 with ABS is an excessive amount of great. 3. Looks and execution - looks are excessively alluring and execution is truly magnificent. 4. Service-3 administrations are not really costly in light of the fact that the initial 3 help are free you will pay just for motor oil.

4.2Kinda small
It's a attractive machine with average capabilities i would say it's a bike for those who expect better style, Comfort and fuel economy. It's not for the people who expect performance i mean mainly not for 'duke, R15 & ns' guys.About bike 1.Good looking, Good ergonomics but bike seems kinda small.2.Good comfort for the single rider, Though the bike has a split seat and length of the seat is shotter and it's slightly uncomfortable for the pillion with bag or backpack on the long ride.3.Engine is butter smooth and initial pick up is good, Can ride 150 kms in a single strech without any stress in hands or body.4.I'm getting 40 - 42 kmpl in city and 45 - 47 in highways 5.The pillion seat height and footrest is quite high for the ladies who sit sideways.
