The upcoming streetfighter has also been spied again recently which provided us with new details

It looks like the months of August and September will be busy ones for TVS, as the manufacturer, apart from launching a scooter on August 23, has also teased its next offering, which will be launched on September 6. The coordinates mentioned in the teaser point to the Democracy Monument in Bangkok, Thailand.

Considering the hashtag “RestlessToPlay”, we think it is the upcoming TVS Apache RTR 310 that will be launched on September 6. The motorcycle has been spied for the third time very recently, revealing some new details. Similar to the Apache RR 310, it gets adjustable levers and directional buttons on the left switchgear. The wheel design is sleeker, and is different from that of the RR 310. The streetfighter gets a very aggressive looking headlight unit, reminiscent of the one on the Kawasaki Z1000. A closer look at the radiator reveals a duct of sorts to channel heat away from the rider’s legs. We can also spot a split-seat setup with split grab rails., rear-set footpegs and a slightly aggressive riding stance.

From when it was spied for the first time a month ago, we know the brand-new streetfighter will be built on the 310cc platform shared by TVS and BMW but will get different sharp and aggressive naked styling. It will have a muscular fuel tank with tank extensions and an unique looking LED taillight.

Just a couple of weeks after the upcoming motorcycle was spied for the first time, it was spied testing again, giving us a closer look at the bike’s design. The Apache RTR 310 will get a floating licence plate holder and rear indicators and the same exhaust seen on the Apache RR 310, BMW G 310 R and the BMW G 310 GS. The test mule sported a horizontally mounted digital console, different from the vertical console on its supersport sibling.

The suspension setup consists of an USD fork which we expect to be non-adjustable, preload-adjustable monoshock, and disc brakes at both ends with dual-channel ABS will come as standard. Powering the bike will be the same 312.7cc, reverse inclined, single-cylinder engine producing 34PS and 27.3Nm found in the Apache RR 310, BMW G 310 R and the BMW G 310 GS.

On September 6, the TVS Apache RTR 310 will be launched with an estimated price tag of Rs 2.5 lakh (ex-showroom) and will rival the likes of the KTM 390 Duke, Triumph Speed 400, BMW G 310 R and the Honda CB300R
